Benefits of Almonds

Almonds are actually seeds from the fruits of almond trees. Don't mistaken them as nuts, because they're not. They are amazingly nutritious. Almonds contain manganese, magnesium, copper, phosphorus, iron, zinc, potassium and selenium. They also consist of  Vitamin E, Riboflavin, Thiamin, Niacin, Folate,Vitamin B6 and Pantothenic.

Monounsaturated fats promote health and almonds are filled with those goodies. And get this, you can never get fat by eating too much almonds because they only contain good fat and are very low in calories, but eating too much of anything is not advisable. The daily recommended almond intake would be around one ounce.
