Coconut Milk


Coconut milk is made from the meat of mature coconuts. It is an ideal substitute for cow's milk since it is easily digested and contains rich variety of nutrients.

Coconut milk consists large amount of Vitamin C, E and B which help boost our immune system as well as pumping energy to our cells.

It is also rich in magnesium, potassium, phosphorous and iron. Consuming coconut milk regularly can prevents damage from free radical in our body as it is rich in antioxidants.



Another benefit of coconut milk is that it contains lauric acid. Lauric acid has a medium-chain fatty acid which is a rare content that can be found in mother's milk. It helps our body to fight germs, fungal, viruses and bacteria. Not to mention lauric acid can also reduce cholesterol, hence effective in lowering heart disease and stroke risks.
