Iron Rich Yummy Smoothie


Avocado helps balancing female hormone production along with iron rich blueberry and spinach. This smoothie is both mouth watering, delicious and provide a great fertility boost. 

 

 

 


  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 2 cups water or 1 cup of plain yogurt

    Blend blueberries with spinach, then add avocado and water or yogurt. Blend until smooth.
