Orange and Pineapple Smoothie

Pineapple along with other fruits and vegetables are very good at boosting fertility. Eating pineapple around the time of your ovulation could help with implantation. Iron and vitamin C are two key ingredients that help enhance the quality of sperm. Enjoy the following smoothie with your partner to help boost both of your fertility.


1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple (Frozen if you prefer it cold without ice)
1 orange
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of juice

Blend banana with juice first until slushy, then add oranges and pineapples. Blend for about 1 minute.
