Nuts and Cinnamon Sweet Soup
- 30g cashew nut
- 30g almond
- 50g black sesame
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 300 ml fresh milk
- Heat pan with no oil on low heat. Pan fry nuts and black sesame til the aroma fills up the room.
- Ground cashew nuts and almond. Set aside.
- Heat milk in a pot, no more than 60-70C.
- Add ground cashew and almond to pot while stirring.
- Add sesame, ground cinnamon and sugar to pot while stirring.
- Cover pot with lid and let it simmer for a minute.
- Turn off heat and serve.
