Cinnamon and Apple Tea
- one cinnamon stick / 1-2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
- few slices of apple
- fresh milk
- Boil cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon together with sliced apple for 2-3 minutes.
- You may sift through the apple slices if you don't want them in your tea.
- Serve hot with honey and fresh milk if desired. Serve without those is just as nice.
- Cool and add ice cubes in those hot summer days for a refreshing cold drink.
