Ginger and Rice SoupGinger helps calm down nausea and rice helps settle your stomach.
- fresh ginger (about 10cm long)
- white rice 2 tablespoons
- water 2-3 cups
- Grate ginger and squeeze as much juice as you can through a sift. Set ginger juice aside.
- Boil white rice in water on low to medium heat for 1/2 to 1 hour.
- Filter out all the rice from cooked liquid through a sift.
- Pour rice water in a cup and add ginger juice.
- Stir well and drink.
