Creamy baked mashed potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 potatoes (peeled, diced)
- 1/2 onion (finely chopped)
- 50g Parmesan cheese
- 40-50ml fresh cream
- 20g butter
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- salt and pepper (seasoning)
Instructions
- Boiled diced potatoes in hot water till soft.
- Drain after cooking.
- Preheat oven at 240C.
- Use a masher or a large fork to mash potatoes.
- Add butter, mash till butter melted.
- Add Parmesan cheese, mix till all melted.
- Add finely chopped onion and mix well.
- Add curry powder, salt and pepper for seasoning and mix well.
- Pour mash mixture into baking tray.
- Bake for 10 minutes or till golden brown.
- Serve hot.
