Sunflower Seeds
Sunflower seeds promote your healthy by providing a whole spectrum of vitamins and minerals including vitamin E, B1, B3, B6, copper, manganese, selenium, phosphorus, magnesium and folate.
Vitamin E plays the role of primary fat-soluble antioxidant in our body. It helps the body to neutralize free radicals and protects our cell membranes, brain cells and control our cholesterol. Vitamin E can also be found in almonds, spinach, avocado, peanuts, turnip greens, asparagus and shrimp, etc.
Nowadays, you can grab a pack of sunflower seeds from any local stores or supermarket easily, just make sure you don't pick one with too much additive or sodium. Too much of those will defy the principle of healthy eating especially during pregnancy.
