Instructions
Stand up straight with feet at shoulder length apart, knees may be slightly bend if you feel more comfortable.
Raise both arms to shoulder height to the left side.
Turn your head to the right side and focus on an object directly on your right.
Stay in position for a minute and breath steadily.
Slowly turn both arms to the right and repeat steps 2-4 for the other side.
