Waist Twists

Instructions
- Stand up straight with feet at shoulder length apart, knees may be slightly bend if you feel more comfortable.
- Raise both arms to shoulder height to the left side.
- Turn your head to the right side and focus on an object directly on your right.
- Stay in position for a minute and breath steadily.
- Slowly turn both arms to the right and repeat steps 2-4 for the other side.
