Fertility & Maternity Recipes

Kidney Bean Burritos


Ingredients


  • whole wheat tortillas
  • 50g shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 50g rinsed canned kidney beans (or other beans of your choice)
  • Ginger Salsa Sauce (go to Side dish for recipe)
  • sliced tomatoes and cucumber (or other vegetables of your choice)

Instructions

  1. Heat tortillas on dry pan till soft.
  2. Place cheese, sliced vegetables, kidney beans and salsa sauce on top.
  3. Roll tortillas into a wrap.
  4. Serve warm.
