Instructions
Lie on a mat. Bend and rest knees on a pillow.
Rub hands with massage oil till warm.
Inhale and exhale deeply and slowly three times.
Apply pressure with left palm on stomach just above belly button.
Place right palm on top of left one.
Apply pressure gently in clockwise motions from stomach down to pubic bone and back.
Repeat steps 4-5 at least 30 times.
Then, place both palms on each side of abdomen just beneath ribs.
Massage gently stroking down toward the growing area. Always starting from top to bottom. Repeat steps 7-8 at least 10 times.
Practice this massage daily mornings and evenings for optimal sexual health.
