Fertility Recipe
Zinc can improve male sperm count. Lean beef and turkey are especially good and delicious cooking ingredients. Increasing male testosterone naturally means increasing sperm count. Drinking sufficient water throughout the day is vital for male to avoid infertility.
Beef Casserole with Roasted Garlic and Chilli
- lean beef 750g
- large red or green chillies 2
- coriander seeds 1 teaspoon
(toasted and crushed)
- cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
(toasted and crushed)
- garlic 2-3
cloves
- chickpeas or kidney beans 120g
(cooked)
- tomatoes 400g (chopped)
- carrots 100g (diced)
- coriander leaves few leaves (finely
chopped)
- salt and pepper (seasoning)
- vegetable stock 450ml

natural yogurt (optional)
- Roast chillies and garlic in a
preheated over, Gas Mark 7, for about 15 minutes. Wait for it to cool
and peel.
- Remove seeds from chillies after
roasting.
- Mash chillies, garlic, coriander and
cumin seeds in a bowl to paste consistency.
- Heat pan with oil, fry beef for 1-2
minute. Set aside.
- Add oil if necessary and stir-fry onion
for 5 minutes, then add paste and stir-fry for 1 more minute.
- Return beef and the rest of the
ingredients to pan, including vegetable stock.
- Bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes
to an hour.
- Mix in coriander leaves when serve.
- Serve with yogurt on the side.
